As a busy mother, I know first hand how hard it can be to find time to exercise and get fitter and stronger.
Buggyfit is a great way to build it all into one – allowing you the opportunity to exercise while you bring your little one along to enjoy the ride!
No two classes are the same – We adapt to the changing weather and the needs of everyone in the group. We focus on key areas – core, pelvic floor, legs and glutes (bum muscles!), posture, and strengthening the muscles that support our joints.
It’s a great way to get outdoors (almost all weather!) meet new mums and just have fun!
Monday 10:30am – Walton Firs Activity Centre – Cobham (currently not running – please enquire if interested)
Thursday 10:45am – Walton Bridge – Along the River – meet at Walton Bridge Carpark
Saturday 8:30am – Walton Bridge – this is a baby free session! You do not need to be a new mum and all fitness levels welcome.
Classes are £9.50 each and can be booked directly with Gymcatch.
